What is thermal transfer paper
Various patterns are printed on a special type of paper with a special thermal transfer ink, and then the pattern is transferred to the product by temperature and pressure. This special paper in the thermal transfer process is called thermal transfer paper. Transfer printing refers to the printing process of transferring dye onto a fabric via transfer paper. It is based on the sublimation characteristics of some disperse dyes, chooses the disperse dye sublimated at 150~230 °C, mixes it with the paste to make "color ink", and then prints "color ink" according to different design patterns. Transfer paper (this is a special type of paper, so called transfer paper), and then the transfer paper printed with the pattern is in close contact with the fabric, and diffuses into the fabric under certain temperature, pressure and time. Internal to achieve the purpose of coloring.
